Carilion Roanoke Memorial – Crystal Spring Tower
Location: Roanoke, VA
Description: Delivered full site development and utility installation for a 500,000 square foot hospital expansion that now serves the region’s only level 1 trauma center. Work included comprehensive grading, waterline installation, sanitary sewer installation, storm drain systems, concrete flatwork, horizontal boring, and natural gas piping. This project enhances the community’s access to advanced medical care and strengthens the region’s long-term healthcare infrastructure.
Piedmont Park Sewer Replacement
Location: Roanoke, VA
Description: Successfully installed 150 linear feet of 24″ ductile iron sewer main across the Roanoke river, completing the crossing using a carefully engineered cofferdam system that allowed us to divert have the river at a time while maintaining flow and ensuring environmental protection. Replacing this sewer line significantly improved the reliability of the area’s wastewater infrastructure, helping protect local waterways and providing long-term service benefits to the surrounding community.
Trout Run Drainage Structure
Location: Roanoke, VA
Description: Installed liner plates in existing arch culvert underground in downtown Roanoke. The plates were installed to reinforce the existing underground drainage tunnel in order to support the Amtrack Train station on Norfolk Ave.
